We expand our capacity in highly precise grinding by a second machine. The machine is equipped with a vertical back-lash free round table. The machine can grind in one operation internal and external shapes as well as flat surfaces. Combined with the existing Kehren Ri6-4 we can grind parts of diameters up to 950mm and weight of 1000kg with a precision of ± 3um. This is achieved by compensation of disk wear as well as by in process measurement by Renishaw-Measuring sensor. The machine and measurement equipment is operated in air condinioned environment for achieving best precision. |
